Certificate of energetic constingness of the building

Certificate of energetic costingness of the building is the document that evaluates the building in regards to use of energy for the heating, cooling, heating up the water, ventilation and lighting in standard use. Purport is laid out by notice no 148/2007 digest, and testament no. 406/2006 digest.

Certificate of energetic costingness of the building is the compulsory part of documentation from 1.1.2009 if you build up new building or if you change the energetic of the building with flooring over 1 000 m2. Important energetic change can be change of the windows, reconstruction of the building etc. Certificate cannot be older 10 years. You ought to this certificate even if you want to sell of rent any of existing building of it´s parts. In case of public building with it´s flooring over 1 000 m2 then you have to display this certificate.
